Placing an Order
All information received by us when placing an order is used to process your order quickly and efficiently . When placing an order to purchase goods from ourselves (TJS Saddlery ) you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order and a copy of the order details. We endeavour to keep all items in stock and despatch promptly however due to our business operating a mobile tradestand some items may from time to time be out of stock / unavailable . We try to keep our website stock levels up to date however this is not always possible . If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via e-mail immediately .
We accept online payment via PayPal . PayPal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared . All prices are shown in pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate ( where applicable ). .
We try to keep all of our website items in stock however due to our Tradestand attending equestrian events weekly an item may suddenly become unavailable . If this occurs we will contact you immediately via e-mail
